2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (Švitrigailos str. 34, Vilnius 03230, Lithuania). The hosting provider collects the following data in server log files, which your browser automatically transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time, content of the request, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referring website, and browser and operating system information.

Server log files are generally retained for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) and are then automatically deleted, unless longer retention is required for security purposes.

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the reliable operation of our website). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Hostinger in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

• Third-party service: The form is processed via Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA). Formspree processes your data on our behalf. We have ensured appropriate safeguards for this international data transfer pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) adequacy decision of July 10, 2023, and additionally on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a fallback mechanism.
